Make sure the pool area is clear of debris, toys, or furniture. If you have special requests, feel free to inform us ahead of time.
Draining is usually unnecessary for regular cleaning. It may be required for deep cleaning, resurfacing, or to treat severe algae issues, but we’ll inform you if draining is necessary.
